These are our procedure, if you follow these you will be given priority. Please send your NC/ND agreements to cover yourselves. 1. We need a Letter of Intent (on buyer's letterhead), with Bank Comfort Letter. 2. The Seller will issue a Pro forma. 3. Buyer signs Pro forma. 4. Seller issues draft contract, both Buyer and Seller sign by Fax within 24 hours. Hard copies (4) will be sent by next day air or courier. 5. Upon signing the Fax copy buyer issues, through bank confirmation of funds to cover the purchase. 6. Seller's bank will respond with guarantee, to this offer, confirming availability of product. 7. Within 48 - 72 hours of receiving confirmation from the bank performance bond (2%) will be activated. 8. Shipping starts in accordance with contract terms and schedule.
